All applications must be submitted online through our secure site. After submitting your online application and fee of $45.00, submit the remaining requirements in a large envelope. If you are unable to apply online, contact the Director of Graduate Admissions and request a paper application. The paper application fee is $75.00.
For those taking the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) please be aware that the test scoring format has changed as of August 1, 2011. What this means for test takers is that if you take the test any time after August 1, 2011, your scores will not be reported until November 2011. The Master’s programs at the College of Charleston that require the GRE are aware of this delay, and will be moving their deadlines for completed applications to the end of November to accommodate these late results. PLEASE BE SURE THAT ALL OF YOUR OTHER APPLICATION MATERIALS ARRIVE IN OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO YOUR PROGRAM’S ACTUAL DEADLINE to ensure a timely review of your file!
Print the application checklist for your program of interest and check off each item as you enclose it in the envelope. Follow the directions on the checklist for how to submit transcripts and letters of recommendation. Transcripts and recommendations not received in sealed envelopes or on the correct forms will not be accepted as official.
