GRE Disclaimer

For those taking the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) please be aware that the test scoring format has changed as of August 1, 2011. What this means for test takers is that if you take the test any time after August 1, 2011, your scores will not be reported until November 2011. The Master’s programs at the College of Charleston that require the GRE are aware of this delay, and will be moving their deadlines for completed applications to the end of November to accommodate these late results. PLEASE BE SURE THAT ALL OF YOUR OTHER APPLICATION MATERIALS ARRIVE IN OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO YOUR PROGRAM’S ACTUAL DEADLINE to ensure a timely review of your file!

I want to teach, but I need a teaching degree.
Congratulations! We are excited to have you join our cohort of talented future educators. The degree suited for your experience is the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT). The Graduate School of the College of Charleston offers four MAT programs. You can learn more about these programs and the application requirements here.
