Test Information

Most graduate programs require an entrance exam as part of their admissions requirements. The Graduate School also requires an entrance exam in order to be considered for any Graduate School Fellowship. Here are some resources to help you prepare for the entrance exams used by the Graduate School.  Please note the Graduate School does not accept test scores older than five years.

GRE General Test
The Graduate Records Exam is the most common standardized entrance exam for graduate school.  The school's test code is 5113.

GMAT Exam
The GMAT is the gold standard of graduate business admissions. Quality graduate business programs rely on the GMAT to make admissions decisions, so if you’re serious about business school, then the GMAT is your best first step.

MAT Test
The Millers Analogies Test is another commonly accepted entrance exam.  The school's test code is 2777.

Praxis Core Test
The Praxis test is generally used by graduate programs in education.  The school's test code is 5113.

English Language Proficiency Tests
Applicants whose primary language is not English must submit official scores from the TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo.
